Shipping and Handeling
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC (PR, US and other of its territories)
- Amalgama entre tres SHIPS ONCE A WEEK- EVERY TUESDAY!!! We can ship orders other days of the week, specially if specified by the client's need, but shipment on tuesdays is garanteed.
- All shipments will be made after payment is received.
- Shipping rates quoted are for domestic shipments (shipments in the US and its territories.
- We ship items via USPS First Class with tracking number, which can take approximately 3-5 business days (but not garanteed).
- If you are purchasing more than one item and need them to be indicidually packed and/or ship to different adresses, please do two separate orders to garantee a correct delivery.
- Tracking number is provided to all items shipped within the United States.
INTERNATIONAL
- All international shipment must be notified first before completing any purchase. Please contact us so we can provide you with the best shipping rate possible.
- If you are an international customer located outside the US, your order will be shipped via International First Class Mail.
- All international shipments have NO tracking number. If you wish to ship with tracking, please notify us before purchase so we can garantee best price.
- All packages shipped internationally must go through your country's customs. Ocasionally, packages are delayed in customs and unfortunally, there's nothing we or USPS can do. Therefore, we can't guarantee any specific arrival date when shipping internationally.
- Generally, shipping by International Priority Mail will get your package delivered within 7-10 days, but again, this CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
- NOTE: As an international customer, you are responsable in the awarness of any custom regulations and fees that apply. We do not make ourselves responsable for any additional fee collected by customs.
HANDELING
FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- All items are securely wrapped and packed in tissue and bubble wrap paper to ensure safety. All purchases are mailed in a bublle wrap mail envelope (1-3 small items) or a mailer's box (multiple items), solid enough to protect the merchandize or otherwise, it will be shipped in a USPS Flat Rate Priority box.
- If you prefer another method of shipping (rather than First Class or International First Class) please contact us PRIOR to payment.
- PLEASE, PLEASE verify that your PayPal address matches your shipping account's address.
- In order to be a little bit more eco-friendly, we do not include the invoice unless you request one. Invoices are available online. If needed, please notify me in advance.
- If your purchase is a GIFT, please notify us:
- the address you want the item(s) to be delivered
- the name of the person which the gift is sent to
- any birthday wish you would like for her to receive with the package. We will gladly include a card and your signed message.
